What's your shipping policy?

Orders totaling $30.00 or more include free USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping. Under $30.00 orders are charged $8.27 shipping fee. All orders are processed the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Most orders are processed the same day, and in the New York Metro region USPS Priority normally amounts to next day delivery of your order.

Weather, high holiday volume, and postal service problems are beyond the control of Ontogen Botanicals and thus we do not guarantee next day delivery.

Do you provide tracking numbers for shipping?

Yes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available by USPS. 

What items are returnable?
  • All standard products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Products must be unopened and not tampered with.
Are there any charges for returns?
  • There are no charges or restocking fees for returns.
  • Ontogen Botanicals does not cover the cost for return shipping.

  • All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new and unopened product(s) based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.

  • You will be provided with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
