Ontogen Shipping Policy
Orders totaling $30.00 or more include free USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping. Under $30.00 orders are charged $8.27 shipping fee. All orders are processed the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are processed the same day, and in the New York Metro region USPS Priority normally amounts to next day delivery of your order. Weather, high holiday volume, and postal service problems are beyond the control of Ontogen Botanicals and thus we do not guarantee next day delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping will be directly arranged and paid for by customer with the carrier of their choosing. For air transport, Ontogen Botanicals will package, label, and arrange for pickup by customers chosen carrier. We facilitate international maritime shipping with free delivery to the Port of New York located in Brooklyn, New York. Shipping from the Port of New York to the final destination is the responsibility of the customer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ontogen Botanicals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available by USPS.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please enter the tracking number at usps.com to see the status of your package.
