These Ontogen 2mg chews are amazing for both dogs and cats. Many of our Ontogen CBD clients began asking for a high quality pet treat and we have found that many pets will respond to low doses of our high quality CBD. For occasional use, give as needed. For more chronic conditions, twice daily dosing usually works best for around the clock coverage. 10% off until 7/31/2020.
As with all CBD products, we at Ontogen recommend starting with a low dose and if necessary, increasing by small amounts. For chronic conditions, increase every 4 days if necessary using daily dosing regimens. When treating on an as needed basis, increase the dose slightly on the next dose given on a subsequent occasion. As an example for a furry friend 3lb-5lb, you need to start at .25mg. You should cut one 2mg chew into 8 pieces, each one is a dose of .25mg. Your starting dose is thus 1/8 of a 2mg chew. Give 1 piece as needed or twice a day for 4 days and observe for the need to increase further. Use the guide below as a reference, but be aware that like humans individuals will vary.
